Ready for Tomorrow 2025

“Ready for Tomorrow” program is dedicated to empowering youth in

Egypt. This collaboration harnesses extensive expertise in entrepreneurship programs to

significantly boost the employability and entrepreneurial skills of young Egyptians.

Through this initiative, the tools and opportunities needed will be provided to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market and to foster a new generation of innovative leaders.

Throughout 2025, the program trained 405 young entrepreneurs, supporting them from early

ideation through to pitching and business plan development using a highly practical, hands-on

methodology. Participants engaged in intensive training, incubation, and hackathon-based

learning formats that emphasized problem–solution fit, business modeling, financial planning,

market validation, and investor readiness. As a result, 97 investment-ready

business plans were developed and submitted, with 46% female participation, reflecting strong

inclusion outcomes. The program was delivered through university-based incubators, sector-

focused hackathons, and incubation programs, enabling broad ecosystem reach and meaningful engagement with youth at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
